DCA is a division of Dusor Holdings Inc, a parent company established in 2005. From inception, DCA has been driven by a passion to create elegance in architectural line and imbue every space with a distinctive sense of place. Leadership

Terrence Sobers

Terrence is an internationally chartered architect (RIBA) with 16 years of professional experience in the field. As Project Architect on several large scale architectural developments, he brings a distinctive touch to our creative team. With experience across diverse market segments: Educational Facilities, Commercial Offices, Sports and Recreation, Resorts and Tourism, Ecclesiastical Centres, Industry, and Residential, Mr. Sobers is an asset to DCA. His British training ensures that the design process is rigorously adhered to from inception to implementation.

Education: Leeds Metropolitan University, DipArch - Post Graduate, RIBA, BIA, ARB, BA (Hons) Architecture

Ruth Durant-Sobers

Ruth is an American trained architect, landscape architect, graphic designer and environmental planner with a wealth of experience in the building sector. Ruth’s work demonstrates a plurality and flexibility of style invaluable to the discerning client and makes her a crucial asset to our design team. Mrs. Durant-Sobers has completed medium and large scale master planning and landscape design installations for resorts, commercial offices, and urban and rural development projects. Ruth is the consummate artist, who is capable of transforming a thought into a reality.
